Warranty Policy
Your NexStretch product comes with our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Warranty Coverage
- CerviFlex Neck Stretcher: 3-year warranty, included free.
- All other NexStretch devices: 1-year standard warranty.
- 3-Year Extended Warranty (optional add-on, $20): extends the warranty on the device it was purchased with to a total of 3 years, and your claims receive priority handling. One Extended Warranty covers one device and must be purchased in the same order as that device.
Your warranty begins on your date of purchase.
What's Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship, and electronic or mechanical failure, arising from normal use of the device.
What's Not Covered
- Cosmetic wear and tear from regular use.
- Damage caused by accident, misuse, neglect, drops, water, fire, or improper care or storage.
- Devices that have been opened, disassembled, or tampered with. This voids your warranty.
- Normal wear on straps, pads, covers, and other consumable parts.
- Loss of the device, unauthorized alterations, or professional/commercial use.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- Contact us with your order number and a photo or short video showing the defect.
- Our team will review your claim and troubleshoot with you.
- If your device is defective, we'll send a free replacement unit or part, shipped free of charge. You do not need to send the defective item back unless we ask you to.
Important Information
- Please keep your order number for the duration of your warranty period.
- Replacement products do not receive a renewed warranty period.
- If your product has been discontinued, we may replace it with a product of comparable value.
- This warranty applies only to the original purchaser when bought from our website.
- If you return your device under our 30-day return policy, the Extended Warranty fee is refunded as well.
This warranty is in addition to your rights under consumer law.
